Dr. Suvrat Kumar Singh has 35 years of cross-functional experience in the food industry and academic research. He had worked in the USA for 14 years, for 1 year in Europe and 10 years in Indian food industries. He has 15 international research papers to his account and is the recipient of several National and International awards and accolades.

Dr. Singh’s expertise ranges from starting a food industry from the ground-up to system development within the business. He has extensive experience in “profit centres” which include the development of operational systems to enable a food business in offering cost-competitive product and services to the market.

Dr. Singh has obtained his Ph.D. & MS in Food Technology from Iowa State University and the University of Illinois respectively in the USA and his M.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

DR. GIRVER SINGH CHAUHAN

Dr. Chauhan has a total experience of 38 years, with 33 years of experience in food technology research & teaching at the Indian Council of Agricultural Research and at Universities. He headed the National Research Center of Soybean (ICAR), Indore as Director.  He served as Professor and Head in the Department of Food Science at GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar.

Dr. Chauhan is an expert in the field of product & process development.

He has handled various projects funded by USAID (USA), CSIR, MoFPI, ICAR and American Soybean Association.

He has done his PhD and M.Sc. in Food technology from PAU, Ludhiana and CFTRI, Mysore respectively.

Mr. Mukesh Verma has a total work experience of 45 years in world-renowned MNCs and organizations namely Unilever Group of Companies, IFOAM and ICCOA and World Bank. He had consulted for 25 years in Organic Agribusiness in India and abroad. 

Mr. Verma is Board Member/ advisor in national and international organic agriculture bodies such as Nigeria and The Netherlands.

Mr. Verma has been honored by India Organic Award Committee for “Best Organic Consultant” and has 15 research papers to his credit in reputed journals.

Dr. Ramesh Chandra has a working experience of 41 years in the field of Dairy Technology. He had advised 48 doctoral theses at SHUATS University, which is a pioneer institution with one of the oldest Food Technology program. and was awarded as ICAR Best Teacher and for ICAR Best Research Paper

Dr. Chandra’s expertise is in establishing a dairy-product based industry.  He is a pioneer developer of novel technologies and systems.

Dr. Chandra is a dynamic Team Leader with the support of his earnest efforts, practical orientation, analytical approach and innovative capability for planning and execution of various projects. He actively participated in organizing International and National Seminars, conferences, symposium and training in the University.  He retired from SHUATS as Dean of Dairy Technology College.

Dr. Chandra has his PhD from the University of Allahabad.

Dr. Naveen Sharma is a researcher and development leader in Agriculture, Life Sciences and allied areas with 29 years of sound experience of working with prestigious multinational company - Unilever and also Indian conglomerate ITC Ltd and international organisation CGIAR.

Dr. Sharma has 15 Patent to his name including 5 US, 2 World and 2 European Patents. He has 14 full specification of processes filed to his credit and 13 other applications are currently in-process; 47 Papers, 2 Books, and 7 Book chapters published in National and International repute. Dr. Sharma has written 90 scientific peer reviewed reports during his tenure at Unilever & ITC. He has 25 invited talk and organised 7 workshop to his credit of National and International Conferences.

He is skilled in graphic designing, photo & video editing, website creation, 3D Designing and IoT devices and software. His major commands are in Adobe Suites, Autodesk Suite.
Has a wide experience in organizing international and national workshops & seminar. He has successfully organised variety of events at college and university levels with major emphasis on content creation, graphic designing and operation management.

Neha Singh is currently working as Director- Business Development. She is a Graduate in Food Technology and Post-Graduate in Agribusiness Management. She is also a medal holder in post graduate. She has qualified UGC-NET in management.

She holds command in MS-Office Suite, IBM-SPSS, VRP software.

Abdul Rehman is currently working as Director- Resources.

Abdul Rehman completed his B Tech in Food Technology from Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture Technology & Sciences, Allahabad.

During graduation, he had undertaken project on 'Consumer Behaviour in Convenience Food Products: A case study of Burger and Noodles in SHUATS, Allahabad’.
